Donnelly’s, a trusted name in Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical, is looking for a dynamic Payroll Clerk. This role helps keep our technicians and our business running!

· Full-time schedule- NO REMOTE AVAILABLE- THIS POSITION IS COMPLETELY ON-SITE!

What You’ll Do:

• Manage weekly payroll processing, ensuring transmission by 12 PM every Wednesday
• Calculate technician bonuses for manager review and process payroll entry in Intacct
• Administer employee benefits, including deductions, communications, and vendor maintenance (Ease, Aflac, Lacher)
• Perform weekly 401(k) funding and support accounting functions
• Provide administrative support for HR and recruiting initiatives
• Maintain membership records, including spiffs and collections
• Complete special projects as needed

Requirements

Who You Are:

· Educated: Associate’s degree in finance or business preferred.

· Experienced: 1-3 years of experience in finance or payroll, with a strong understanding of payroll processes and related functions.

· Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Excel and familiar with payroll software (e.g., Paylocity); quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies.

· Collaborative: A team player who works well with others and contributes positively to the workplace culture.

· Open-Minded & Curious: Excited to learn, grow, and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
