2nd Shift Press Assistant
We are hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Press Assistant to support our digital printing operations. This is a hands-on manufacturing position ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, learning new equipment, and working as part of a production team.
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 2:00 PM–11:00 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM, Overtime hours are based on business needs
- Approximately 40 hours per week
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist press operators with preparing and running production jobs
- Load and unload materials, supplies, and finished rolls
- Set up materials and stage jobs according to the production schedule
- Monitor printed products for quality issues
- Complete basic documentation and production paperwork
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures
- Perform other production duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable attendance and ability to work the full scheduled shift
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with others
- Willingness to learn printing equipment and manufacturing processes
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move production materials
- Previous manufacturing or printing experience is helpful but not required
