Maintenance Technician Lead - Pay Rate: $25/hour

No theme park or attraction experience needed — candidates from facilities maintenance, HVAC, industrial maintenance, automotive, military, hotel maintenance, apartment maintenance, and technical trades are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

  • Troubleshoot and repair attraction equipment and facility systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance to help reduce downtime
  • Support building systems including mechanical, lighting, electrical, plumbing, and general facility maintenance
  • Respond to maintenance and operational issues throughout the attraction
  • Help support daily technician operations and assist teammates when needed
  • Coordinate repairs with outside vendors when necessary
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and fully operational environment for guests and staff

Backgrounds That Translate Well

We welcome candidates with experience in:

  • Facilities maintenance
  • Building maintenance
  • Industrial maintenance
  • Electrical or mechanical troubleshooting
  • HVAC or hotel maintenance
  • Maintenance mechanic work
  • Automotive technician experience
  • Entertainment or attraction maintenance
  • Military technical experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with mechanical or electrical systems
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • Previous team lead, trainer, or mentoring experience is a plus
  • Trade school or technical certifications are helpful but not required
