2nd Shift Machine Operator – Lamination Department

InkWorks Printing is looking for a Machine Operator to join our 2nd Shift Lamination Department. If you're dependable, mechanically inclined, and ready to grow your career in manufacturing, we'd love to meet you.


Shift Schedule

Monday – Thursday: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM 

(Overtime based on business needs)


Starting Pay

Starting at $18.00 per hour
Plus shift premium based on experience and qualifications.


What You'll Do

As a Lamination Machine Operator, you'll help produce high-quality labels and flexible packaging used by customers across the country. You'll learn to operate state-of-the-art converting equipment while working in a clean, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Set up and operate lamination equipment
  • Monitor product quality throughout production
  • Perform machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting
  • Verify materials and job specifications before production
  • Complete production documentation accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety, GMP, and quality procedures
  • Work closely with teammates to meet production goals

  • Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
