Requirements
Theideal candidate will:
- Havea minimum of 2 years service advisor dealership experience
- Havefamiliarity with the Ford / Lincoln franchises
- Haveability in many aspects of fixed operations including warranty, customer payand internal RO and work control, dispatch, technician interaction, businessgrowth, customer relations etc.
- Workwith BDC personnel and technicians.
- Workclosely with all dealership personnel to ensure inventory health, customerexperience and dealership CSI remains high.
- Possessthe ability to work with staff to ensure that all operational guidelines areadhered to.
- Befamiliar with AutoMate DMS (Beneficial, but not required) as well as basicknowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Haveexcellent problem-solving skills in customer facing situations.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,999.00 per year
