1st Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6AM - 3PM; Friday, 6AM - 10AM



Essential Functions:

  • Verify fixturing and program are available
  • Load correct program
  • Accurately place part in fixture, ensuring orientation
  • Take initial probe hits on part as needed
  • Use calibration sphere as needed
  • Generate CMM reports
  • Assess potential non-conforming results to root cause
  • Replace broken probe tips as needed
  • Provide technical support for operators using CMM and Vision System
  • Perform CMM and Vision System PM logs
  • Program Vision System as needed
  • Perform inspection and visual checks as needed
  • Conform to ISO13485, 21 CFR Part 820, and medical device industry requirements.
  • Other work-related tasks as assigned



Competency:

  • Understanding of different methods for measurement
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to use micrometers, calipers, and optical comparator
  • Foundational knowledge of PC-DMIS Level 1
  • Have base knowledge of MeasurLink
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Knowledge of GD&T



Educational Requirements: 

High School Diploma or GED preferred


Experience:

Medical Device manufacturing preferred
