At AISIN Aftermarket & Service of America, Inc., you will learn time tested methods for manufacturing excellence.  You will see in action, principles of Lean Manufacturing, and the renowned Toyota Production System.  You will gain valuable skills, and an understanding of the most technologically advanced part of an automobile – the automatic transmission.

• You will learn how to disassemble, inspect component parts, and/or assemble transmissions.
• You will be trained in the use of specialty tools and gages.

Prior manufacturing or automatic transmission experience would be considered a plus but is not required.

Role Requirements:

• Operate & use hand tools, controls and equipment.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Lift assembled transmissions & transmission components (up to 50 lbs.)
• Prolonged standing (8-10 hours, per day)
• Visually inspect product and components for any deformities
• Complete quality checks using gauges, micrometers, SMART screens, etc.
