Your Role Will Include:

Planning and leading engaging activities that nurture whole-child development.
Guiding and assessing student growth in language, motor, and social skills.
Partnering daily with families at drop-off and pick-up.
Leading and supporting classroom staff with warmth and clarity.
Upholding school policies and fostering a culture of respect and positive reinforcement.

Qualifications:

MN license in Birth-Grade 3 or Early Childhood Education preferred.
Experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or education setting.
Strong classroom management skills and a solid grasp of child development.
Experience with differentiated instruction for diverse learners.
Familiarity with Creative Curriculum, TS Gold, Pyramid Model, or Classroom Engagement Model a plus.

Salary and Schedule:

Starting Wage: $27.04/hour
Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-2:00 pm at the Early Learning School
Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-12:00 pm at the Early Learning School
