Weyerhaeuser’s Lumber Mill in Plymouth, NC is accepting applications for Entry Level Production Associates. We are seeking individuals who desire to work in a market-focused, lumber manufacturing facility while maintaining a positive attitude and good work ethic.
Starting pay for the position is $17.09 per hour.
- High school diploma or GED
- Solid work history and be totally committed to safety
- Minimum one year of industrial and manufacturing experience preferred
- Must be available to work all shifts
- Must be willing to flow to work across job boundaries
- Willingness and ability to learn new jobs and skills
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate open, honest and regular exchange of information and treat all employees with respect and dignity
- Must be team oriented; puts team’s needs ahead of individual interests, accept personal accountability for team’s plans and results, work to develop trust and respect; take initiative and solve issues
