Job Title: Salesforce Solutions Developer 

Department: Technology
Reports To: Chief Technology Officer
Location: Diamond Bar, CA or Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid) 

 

Position Summary: 

The Salesforce Solutions Developer for association management is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce-based solutions that support the operational and strategic goals of the association. This role is responsible for configuration and deployment of Salesforce solutions, including but not limited to Nimble AMS, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud, to streamline customer management and support, event registrations, engagement tracking, and reporting. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Salesforce Implementation & Customization
    • Configuration of Salesforce solutions to support customer lifecycle processes including but not limited to sales, onboarding, renewals, support and engagement tracking.
    • Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure successful system migration and integration.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
    • Collaborate and communicate with third-party vendors and department leads.
  • Training & Support
    • Continuous monitoring of platform (and complementary) capabilities, performance, and security.
    • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support to ensure system adoption and efficiency.

 Pay Range: $100,000 - $130,000


Qualifications: 

  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM, preferably in a nonprofit or association setting.
  • Experience with Nimble AMS, Fonteva, or other AMS platforms built on Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
  • Experience Salesforce Marketplace and AppExchange integrations.
