We are looking for a CNA Scheduler/Coordinator to join our team! As a CNA Scheduler/Coordinator, you will partner with the Resident Care Director (RCD)/ Mind and Memory Director for all administrative tasks for the Wellness Department. 

 

This role requires a CNA and is expected to cover as needed in a CNA capacity*

 

Sunday-Thursday 9am-5pm

$21/hr - $25/hr

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Checks ADL books/resident electronic health record (myUnity) for documentation and completion of care.
  • Checks paper/electronic Medication Administration Records (eMARs) and Medication Observation Records (eMORs) and verifies that medications have been given and treatments completed.  Reports any omission to the RCD for follow-up.
  • Develops Resident Care Associate (RCA) staffing schedule in conjunction with the RCD.
  • Responsibility to support and assist RCA staff with training and in-service completion
  • Assembles binder/non-EHR Resident Records for new move ins.
  • Updates resident face sheet information.
  • Enters details of resident care needs into the Yardi/Resident Summary Template (myUnity).
  • Ensures accuracy of RCA Assignments on paper or in Yardi and provides them to staff (if using Yardi/paper system).
  • Assists the RCD with follow-up in obtaining Care Plan signatures.
  • Orders and maintains sufficient supplies for the Resident Care department.
  • Coordinates Quality Assurance and family meetings in conjunction with the RCD.
  • Provides the Receptionist/Concierge with documentation (face sheets, DNRs, medication lists, etc.) for the Resident Emergency binders upon move-in, as required, and when changes occur.
  • Assists with providing information and completing documentation for town/state-funded programs (if applicable).

 

Requirements:

  • High School education or equivalent required
  • State required certifications and completion of Medication Aide Training
  • Previous scheduling experience preferred
  • Computer skills required, solid knowledge of MS Office preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
