Ampersand Therapy is hiring a School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the greater Plymouth, MI area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

What You'll Do

  • Provide school psychology services in the school setting
  • Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
  • Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
  • Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
  • Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Master’s Degree in School Psychology
  • Active Michigan School Psychology License
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
