The Role Â
We are looking for Service Plumbers to join our southeastern team. As a Service Plumber you will be responsible for diagnosing plumbing issues and providing effective solutions to our clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and reliable services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing techniques, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Service Plumbers will be required to drive a service vehicle. Plumbers will also be required to be on call.
Responsibilities Â
- Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively. Â
- Use a variety of plumbing tools and equipment to complete tasks. Â
- Ensure compliance with all plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards. Â
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure proper disposal of waste materials. Â
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery. Â
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in plumbing technology. Â
- Read plans and meet with inspectors.Â
- Service calls. Â
Qualifications Â
- High school diploma or equivalent. Â
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a service plumber.
- Must have commercial experience.Â
- Must be able to work independently.Â
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and materials. Â
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Â
- Ability to navigate customer portals on computers and mobile devices. Â
- Strong communication and customer service skills. Â
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Â
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy equipment and materials. Â
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Requires medical exam in accordance with DOT regulations
- Clean driving record with no traffic violations
