Position Overview:

Voyage Healthcare is seeking a motivated and skilled X-Ray Operator Float to join our Radiology team. This position plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care through high-quality diagnostic imaging services. To be considered for this position you must have an active Minnesota X-ray Operator's License.

Schedule: Monday - Friday between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (end of clinic)

Hourly Range: $24.60 - $28.00, based on years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:

Perform radiology examinations as ordered by healthcare providers
Produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient comfort and safety
Work independently and collaboratively with providers and clinical staff.
Enter patient information accurately into PACS system
Enter x-ray orders and print imaging reports as needed
Maintain compliance with established procedures, safety protocols, and OSHA standards
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Active Minnesota X-ray Operator’s License
Current CPR Certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Commitment to providing compassionate, inclusive, and patient-centered care
