ABOUT THIS ROLE

If you're an Electrician who's been putting in real industrial hours and is ready for more responsibility, this is the role where you grow into a Journeyman.

Industrial experience is strongly preferred for this role. While residential and commercial electrical experience can provide a foundation, it does not fully translate to the demands of this position. We are seeking electricians with proven industrial experience-specifically in troubleshooting, large conduit and wire pulls, motor controls, 480V systems, transformers and working within industrial environments who can contribute effectively from day one.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Competitive Pay based on your experience and level, with a clear path upward
  • Full Benefits Package: Health, dental, vision, life insurance, and HSA
  • Company Vehicle + Gas Card: travel is part of the job; we cover how you get there
  • Paid Time Off
  • 401(k) with matching
  • Safety-First Culture: Safety Equipment & Uniforms Provided
  • Real Growth Paths: this role is designed to grow with you. Journeyman → Project Manager → Branch Manager
  • In-House Apprenticeship Program: structured development to advance your career and licensure

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Directing and managing electrical work on industrial job sites

  • Communicating clearly with customers, the service manager, and the team
  • Organizing and planning projects of varying scale
  • Attending job site meetings and contributing to project coordination

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

  • 3+ years (6000+ hours) of hands-on electrician experience
  • 1-year hands-on industrial electrical experience (verifiable, not just listed as a skill)
