Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position.

Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will observe areas of Casino Operations using the video management system with a specialized focus on Card and Table Game Protection. The Agent will maintain a comprehensive understanding of all card and table games offered at Choctaw Casinos and the applicable governing standards to ensure game play is protected. The Agent will compile timelines and multiple other reports detailing any deviations from standard game play. You will report to the Game Protection Manager.

Primary Tasks:

  1. You will perform audits on table and card games based on game performance by documenting guest buy-ins, length of play, win vs. loss, average bets, and the guest's skill level.  Monitor table game's play, focusing on procedural consistency and accuracy of monetary transfers between the dealer(s) and guest(s).
  2. Compile incident and investigation analysis reports that document the timeline of events reviewed with accuracy, correct punctuation, appropriate grammar, and promptly.  May testify in court proceedings as to the observations and reports made.
  3. Determine if guest(s) are using a basic strategy or a money management system and engaging in advantageous or illegal play by overseeing live or recorded video.
  4. Employ training through multiple industry resources to remain current on all forms of cheating, including the use of devices that could potentially compromise gameplay or provide an advantage against Choctaw Casinos.
  5. You will remain current and knowledgeable on all table games offered by Choctaw Casinos and Resorts and surveillance and casino department MICS, TICS, SICS, and Casino Department Procedures.
  6. Assess card and table game operations to identify the game's proper pace and any procedure violations.  Preserve and export video and supporting documentation using approved reference procedures to ensure availability as evidence in civil and criminal court proceedings or distribution to approved Choctaw Nation Departments.
  7. Communicate with surveillance management any activities that are noteworthy, suspicious, or unusual.
  8. Communicate Management that allows both departments to identify game changes, adjustments to the layout, and the need for dealer retraining or necessary disciplinary action based on Game Protection Agents observations and issued violations.
  9. Use the video management system to review or provide video and documentation to approved departments as requested; assist Security and Tribal Police with internal investigations relating to sensitive security issues.
  10. Perform other tasks as may be assigned.

     

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required.

1+ years Microsoft and typing skills of at least 40 wpm.

Experience of casino Table and Card Games game play and procedures. General knowledge of Federal, State and Tribal regulations that govern Tribal Gaming

Obtain a key gaming license.

Excellent, Accurate Vision to distinguish colors, shapes and assess scenes.

Two (2) years of casino table games, surveillance, or equivalent experience
