Warehouse Receiving Clerk

General Purpose:

As Warehouse Receiving, you will receive and store inbound inventory. You will also be responsible to move inventory between warehouse locations. Your strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks will be vital to your success. Ultimately, you will strive to maintain best-in-class service levels for Benelli USA.

You’ll get to: 

• Receive inventory with a high degree of accuracy.
• Breakdown and store inventory in strategic locations.
• Move inventory within the warehouse.
• Participate in weekly cycle counts.
• Replenish inventory as directed by management.
• Operate a forklift in a safe manner.
• Collaborate with the Sales department to expedite allocations of inbound inventory.
• Perform specific and delegated duties as assigned by management. 

Performance Measurements: 

• Assigned cycle counts complete and variances resolved.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Monitor equipment for serviceability.

You also have: 

• The ability to work in a fast-paced receiving department.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English.
• Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack.
• Above average organizational and mathematics skills. 

Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a distribution warehouse preferred. 

Other General Job Requirements: 

• Appropriate attire for a warehouse environment.
• Regular and satisfactory attendance is required.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
