General Manager, Double Cut Steak House & Redd's Piano Bar 

Step into Double Cut Steak House—where bold flavors, elevated dining, and unforgettable experiences come together in a steakhouse unlike any other. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the management and overall success of Double Cut Steak House and Redd's Piano Bar, leading daily operations, developing team members, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across both venues. You’ll drive service standards, financial performance, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This leadership position oversees one of the resort’s premier dining destinations alongside the vibrant atmosphere of Redd's Piano Bar, ensuring both venues deliver exceptional hospitality, seamless operations, and memorable experiences for every guest. 

Success in this role requires a strong background in upscale dining with extensive wine, spirits, and beverage knowledge. The ideal candidate will have experience managing robust wine programs, premium liquor offerings, and craft cocktail menus, with the ability to guide beverage pairings, oversee inventory and cost controls, and elevate the overall guest dining experience through exceptional food and beverage leadership.

Salary Range - $80,000 - $90,000/ year with eligibility for a performance-based bonus. 

  

Key Responsibilities   

  

  • Manage day-to-day front-of-house operations. 
  • Schedule labor, inventory, and cost control. 
  • Lead and mentor all front-of-house associates. 
  • Ensure that all food and beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards. 
  • Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, the appearance of the facility, and sanitation and cleanliness through training of associates and creating a positive, productive working environment. 
  • Continually strive to develop, coach, and train your staff in all areas of managerial and professional development. 

  

What We’re Looking For   

  

  • We do require that you have a background consisting of 3+ years of steak house experience. 
  • At least 3 years in a food and beverage management role in a full-service, high-volume restaurant or multi-unit restaurant. 
  • Must have significant wine knowledge. 
  • Experience with systems, consistent and evolving training, and P&L review. 
  • It’s preferred that you have at least 2 years of directly related experience, including experience with craft cocktails.
