JOB SUMMARY:
Â
The Deposit Preparation Unit is responsible for manually preparing bank
deposits for general ledger and patient accounts.
Â
- Retrieve, balance and count cash receipts from the business day.
Â
- Prepare the deposit.
Â
- Store the cash in a secure location until it is deposited.
Â
- Submit deposit logs to accounting for bank reconciliation.
Â
- Performs other duties as assigned by Manager or Director of
    Revenue Cycle.
Â
- Demonstrates excellence in customer service skills.
Â
- Fosters an atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration.
Â
- Complies with Corporate Policies, Departmental Policies and
    Procedures and Personnel Employee Handbook.

EDUCATION AND FORMAL TRAINING:
Â
High school education or equivalent.

Â
WORK EXPERIENCE:

Previous experience preferred.
