Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions while emphasizing preventive care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic patient care.
- Educate patients on wellness and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical records
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
- Valid medical license in West Virginia and/or Ohio, or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong interpersonal and clinical skills.
- Dedication to community-focused care and ongoing professional growth
