We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Full-Time STNA to join our team!

What You’ll Do:
Provide compassionate, hands-on care to our residents
Assist with activities of daily living and personal care
Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions
Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence
Work closely with nurses and the entire care team
Help create a safe, welcoming, and positive environment
Job Requirements:
Must have a current and valid OHIO STNA certification
Must demonstrate compassion, patience, and respect for residents
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to follow care plans, safety procedures, and facility policies
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to safely perform the physical duties required of the position
