Job DetailsJob Location: Northumberland, PA 17857Job Category: Supply ChainThe Supply Chain Administrator plays a key role in supporting the efficient operation of the supply chain function by maintaining accurate documentation, analyzing operational performance, and providing administrative support across production scheduling, load planning, and inventory management activities. This role contributes to the achievement of company objectives and KPIs through effective coordination, reporting, and continuous process support. Key Responsibilities •    Support the achievement of company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective administrative and operational support. •    Maintain and manage all supply chain documentation in accordance with company quality standards and procedures. •    Prepare presentations, reports, data analysis, and other business documentation to support decision-making. •    Conduct weekly reviews of production and inventory variances, identifying discrepancies and escalating issues where appropriate. •    Provide administrative support across multiple supply chain functions, including production scheduling, load planning, and inventory management. •    Ensure the accuracy and integrity of supply chain data and records. •    Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and operational efficiency. •    Assist with continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance performance.
