For a leading international manufacturing company, we are looking for an experiencedTotal Rewards Manager Europeto lead and further develop compensation, benefits and people analytics activities across the European region.

This is a highly visible regional role, combining strategic responsibility with hands-on implementation. The successful candidate will work closely with senior business leaders, Corporate HR, Finance and the Global Total Rewards Center of Expertise.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead compensation and benefits activities across Europe in alignment with global Total Rewards principles.

  • Develop and implement a competitive and modern regional Total Rewards strategy supporting attraction, retention and employee engagement.

  • Design and harmonize compensation, incentive, benefits, reward and recognition programs.

  • Lead the annual salary review and variable compensation processes across the region.

  • Manage job evaluation activities and support the development of generic job profiles and grading frameworks.

  • Drive regional and global strategic compensation projects.

  • Develop regional Total Rewards policies, guidelines and governance standards.

  • Establish and further develop the People Analytics function.

  • Use data and market insights to support business and workforce-related decisions.

  • Coordinate HR controlling activities in cooperation with the regional Finance and Controlling organization.

  • Act as a senior business partner to HR leaders, executives and other key stakeholders.

  • Identify external market trends and translate best practices into practical regional solutions.

Candidate profile

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics or a related field.

  • Significant experience in regional or international Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards roles.

  • Strong knowledge of base salary structures, short- and long-term incentive programs and benefits design.

  • Experience with bonus schemes, pensions, insurance and employee benefit plans.

  • Proven expertise in job evaluation methodologies.

  • Practical experience withKorn Ferry / Hay job evaluationis strongly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of European compensation and benefits practices.

  • Demonstrated experience in leading change, harmonization or transformation projects.

  • Ability to operate as a credible senior business partner and influence senior stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical, commercial and organizational skills.

  • Proactive, solution-oriented and able to turn concepts into concrete action.

  • Fluent English.

  • Experience with SuccessFactors, project management and advanced Microsoft Office tools.
