Requirements

Ideal Candidate

• Must be a U.S. resident and 18+ years old
  

• Life and Health Insurance Producer License preferred (or willingness to obtain — we help with licensing)
  

• Comfortable with phone, computer, and digital communication tools - use your own equipment
  

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  

• Self-disciplined, coachable, and goal-driven
  

• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
  

• Willing to invest in THEMSELVES to pursue goals
