UNLOADER

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Unloader to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who shows up consistently, is always available for overtime, and takes pride in getting the job done right without hesitation. The role involves unloading materials efficiently and safely, with a focus on teamwork and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload incoming materials by hand or with equipment, up to 50 lbs.

• Ensure items are sorted and staged properly for processing or storage.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Respond positively to changing job duties or assignments as needed.

• Work at a consistent, efficient pace throughout the shift.

Qualifications:

• Must be dependable with reliable transportation.

• Available to work full-time and willing to work overtime as required.

• Physically able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.

• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic — no complaining when redirected.

• Team player who takes direction and works well under supervision.
