The Role
2BGlass is seeking a dedicated, meticulous Production Glassblowing to join our team in Cameron Park, CA. We are a high-volume, design-driven studio focused exclusively on production—we do not teach classes. Our primary output includes pumpkins, ornaments, cups, and acorns, all created using traditional glassblowing techniques.
We are looking for a craftsman—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values repetition towards refinement, and has an exacting eye for detail. The ideal candidate has experience in high-output professional studios where both speed and quality are non-negotiable. Physical Resilience
You will be on your feet on concrete for up to 8 hours per day, working in a hot shop environment. We blow glass year-round, including during Sacramento summers.

The Early Shift
During summer months, shifts may begin as early as 5:00 AM to beat the heat. Reliability, consistency, and a strong, work ethic are essential. Shifts typically start at 6:30am.
