As a Production Laborer at RMT, you will have the opportunity to work with advanced technologies and state-of-the-art equipment, learning various machine operation duties and contributing to the production of top-quality products. Advancement opportunities are available. There are set wage increases for training completion. This position is a day shift, Monday - Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm. Responsibilities include: Learning various machine operation duties Basic duties include: Machine operation, load/unload parts, wash parts, assemble parts, inspect parts, move materials, and perform any duties requested by the Supervisor Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Read job orders Operate industrial machinery to achieve production results Ensure products meet customer specifications through quality checks Enter data into computer systems Perform manual production duties Wear personal protective equipment as required Perform duties to ensure safety of self and others Report machine malfunctions, production errors, and quality issues to Supervisor Assist in minor machine set up, maintenance, and repair duties Assembly of component parts Join RMT and enjoy benefits such as paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, 401k with matching, referral program, and employee discounts.
