Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Support 1st Shift 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
Responsible for Inventory Control, pulling and issuing hardware for jobs, sending jobs to machine shop for modification and sheathing needs.
Quality assurance inspecting, labeling and packaging outgoing parts.
Duties Include:
Responsible for Inventory Control, pulling and issuing hardware for jobs, sending jobs to machine shop for modification and sheathing needs.
Quality assurance inspecting, labeling and packaging outgoing parts.
Duties Include:
- Inventory, maintain proper inventory counts, pulling and issuing correct hardware to jobs using manufacturing software.
- Performing accurate scheduled cycle counts as needed.
- Cutting sheathing to required length as required for job.
- Prepare hardware for modification by machine shop.
- Determining sheathing need for jobs to be filled by production support.
- Inspection of outgoing parts to print specifications.
- Label all items and packages with appropriate information as required.
- Package parts for shipping.
- Prepare boxes for future shipments.
- Ensure piece count matches inspection documents and sales order requirements.
- Attention to detail; fundamental reading, mathematics and IT skills.
- Occasional lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to work under deadlines with customer satisfaction as primary objective.
- Must be willing to work occasional overtime to meet customer objectives.
The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
