Rezolut is looking for a high-energy, organized, and dynamic Client Success Manager to join the mobile imaging team and provide inside-sales support. This role will be responsible for engaging and qualifying clients who can benefit from our services. Ideal candidates have a strong understanding of the sales process and will excel at researching leads, forming new relationships, and setting our Business Development Manager up for success. This role is one of the first touchpoints for new clients and can set the tone for the service scheduling cycle, boosting revenue growth through customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:
· Represent our company's products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding of our services and the customer's needs
· Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation
· Generate new leads and build relationships by nurturing these accounts through exceptional interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and follow-up.
· Utilize CRM, cold calling, email communication, mailings, and other sales tools to generate new opportunities.
· Manage and maintain new leads as well as existing pipeline business through engagement and marketing
· Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in the Rezolut CRM.
· Work closely with the Business Development Manager to gain knowledge on their specific accounts and leads, managing follow-up with new and current clients.
· Schedule meetings and calls between prospective clients and the Business Development Manager when the lead reaches a qualified stage
