Concurrent Real-Time is currently seeking a part-time Intern for the FPGA Workbench Team! This could be a great way to get hands-on experience for your future in tech!
About the Role
Join our engineering team and gain hands-on experience designing and implementing real FPGA solutions. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers on meaningful projects — not just support tasks — contributing to the full development lifecycle of FPGA IP modules for Arria X and Cyclone V platforms.
What You’ll Do
• Design, develop, test, and document FPGA IP modules for Arria X and Cyclone V FPGAs
• Debug and troubleshoot applications to ensure optimal performance
• Write Bash or Python scripts to automate FPGA IP module testing
• Collaborate with software engineers to support API development
• Tackle novel technical challenges and propose creative solutions
What We’re Looking For
• Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field
• Basic hands-on experience with FPGA development
• Familiarity with digital signal processing concepts
• Basic proficiency in C, Python, or Bash scripting
• Eagerness to learn and solve complex hardware/software problems
Nice to Have
• Experience with Intel/Altera FPGA toolchains (Quartus Prime)
• Exposure to HDL languages (VHDL or Verilog)
