Delorie Countertops & Doors, Inc. is a family-owned company serving South Florida since 1999. We take pride in producing high-quality custom countertops and are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team.

Whether you're an experienced countertop fabricator or someone with woodworking or construction experience who wants to learn a skilled trade, we'd like to hear from you. We are willing to train the right candidate.

What You'll Do

• Fabricate laminate, postform laminate, butcher block, and THINSCAPE countertops
• Measure, cut, laminate, assemble, and finish countertops
• Read shop drawings and work orders
• Operate woodworking machinery, routers, saws, and hand tools safely
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality workmanship
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule

What We're Looking For

Experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train someone with the right attitude.

Ideal candidates are:

• Dependable and punctual
• Motivated to learn a skilled trade
• Comfortable working with hand and power tools
• Detail-oriented and take pride in quality work
• Able to read a tape measure or willing to learn
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Experience in woodworking, cabinet making, carpentry, manufacturing, or construction is a plus

Pay: $18.00–$27.00 per hour (based on experience)
