We are seeking a caring and friendly Security Officer at John Knox Village, a leading healthcare and life plan community located in Pompano Beach.

In this role, the selected candidate will greet Residents, Employees and Visitors in a warm, welcoming manner while guarding the entrance gates of the Village. This involves opening the gate to allow entrance or exit of Residents, Employees, and Vendors while checking credentials or approved roster before admitting entrance. There are additional duties and job requirements in this role that will be covered at the time of hire.

We are seeking candidates with a High School Diploma or GED along with 2+ years of Security and Hospitality experience and a valid driver's license. Must bring strong attention to detail and note-taking skills and be able to sit, stand, and patrol for long periods of time.
