The Valet Manager oversees the valet staff and manages the loaner fleet, ensuring efficient operations and a seamless customer experience in line with AutoNation's standards. This role involves supervising staff, handling reservations, managing inventory, and ensuring proper loaner vehicle usage and documentation.

The Valet Manager is responsible for managing the Valet staff and the loaner inventory/Fleet. Ā The Valet manager is also responsible for ensuring the department is providing a peerless customer experience in accordance with AutoNation.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

  • Ensure correct presentation and execution of loaner formsĀ 
  • Make customer reservations
  • Supervise the staff of loaner car associates/valet representativesĀ 
  • Manage fleet of Loaner Vehicles in accordance with ProgramsĀ 
  • Responsible for collecting payment information extended to loan car customersĀ 
  • Inventory control of Loaner FleetĀ 
  • Manage Loaner fleet in TDS and maximize efficiency and utilization
  • Responsible to recover tolls and fuel usage in TDS
  • Informs management and advisors of loaner availability
  • Works with advisors to monitor and manage correct loaner usageĀ 

What are the requirements for this job?

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Two years of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication skills
