The Valet Manager is responsible for managing the Valet staff and the loaner inventory/Fleet. Ā The Valet manager is also responsible for ensuring the department is providing a peerless customer experience in accordance with AutoNation.
What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
- Ensure correct presentation and execution of loaner formsĀ
- Make customer reservations
- Supervise the staff of loaner car associates/valet representativesĀ
- Manage fleet of Loaner Vehicles in accordance with ProgramsĀ
- Responsible for collecting payment information extended to loan car customersĀ
- Inventory control of Loaner FleetĀ
- Manage Loaner fleet in TDS and maximize efficiency and utilization
- Responsible to recover tolls and fuel usage in TDS
- Informs management and advisors of loaner availability
- Works with advisors to monitor and manage correct loaner usageĀ
What are the requirements for this job?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Two years of customer service experience (preferred)
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Excellent communication skills
