Reports to: Warehouse Operations Manager.Â
Â
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Â
- Maintain rental equipment and items to meet company quality standards.Â
- Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance on production equipment, tools, and facility systems.Â
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure equipment meets standards.Â
- Assist with machine deployments, upgrades, and relocations.Â
- Perform repairs and troubleshoot issues on equipment, tools, and facility systems.Â
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized workspaces free of hazards.Â
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs, including regular inspections and overhauls.Â
- Review technical documentation and collaborate with equipment vendors for recommendations and selection.Â
- Submit requisitions and manage purchases of tools, equipment, and supplies within budget.Â
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to support project completion.Â
- Assist in training others on proper product and equipment usage.Â
- Collaborate effectively with team members in a cooperative, supportive environment.Â

- Perform other related duties as assigned.Â
Schedule and Benefits:Â
- Shift time: 6:00am – 2:30pm, Monday – Friday. Â
- Evening/weekend availability depending on workload.Â
- Possible overtime hours during the peak season.Â
- Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) eligibility after 60 days.  Â
- 96 hours PTO annually (prorated based on hire date).  Â

Work Conditions:Â
- Work primarily performed in a warehouse environment; some areas may lack heating or air conditioning.Â
- Occasional outdoor work may be required.Â
- Exposure to extreme temperatures, paints, stains, cleaning chemicals, and machinery hazards.Â
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, and pulling.Â
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.Â
Qualifications and Requirements:Â
- Must be at least 21 years old.Â
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.Â
- 3–5 years of experience in general maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and repairs.Â
- Tow motor experience is a plus (training provided).Â
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) required.Â
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Â
- Capable of interpreting written, oral, diagram, or schedule-based instructions.Â
- Physically able to stand, lift, and move for up to 8 hours daily in a warehouse environment.Â
- Regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 75 lbs.Â
- Occasional travel to other markets as needed.Â
- Completion of the Predictive Index Behavioral and Cognitive Assessment required.Â
- Must successfully pass a company background check and drug screen.Â
