We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Billing Representative to join our Billing team. While this is an entry-level position, prior billing or accounts receivable experience is required. If you have experience handling invoices, payment processing, or resolving billing issues and are ready to grow in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate across departments to resolve billing questions efficiently and professionally.
Handle inbound and outbound communication with clients (calls, email, tickets, chat) regarding billing inquiries, payments, and account issues.
Process and reconcile customer payments accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor aging reports and assist in reducing past-due balances through proactive outreach and collection efforts.
Learn and navigate billing tools and systems such as TBS, Hubspot, and Monday.com.

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in billing, accounts receivable, or invoice-related customer service is required. (This is not a training role for someone without prior billing exposure.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail in every interaction.
Comfort using spreadsheets and digital tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
Experience with payment platforms, merchant services, or subscription billing tools is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; pursuit of a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.

Rate of Pay: starting at $19.23/hour

Schedule: 9 am - 5:30 pm, Monday-Friday
