The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-to-day general upkeep of the facility by maintaining implemented programs, emergency work orders and scheduling work accordingly. The technician must adhere to all safety programs, policies, and procedures as defined in the FreshPoint Safe Manual and is responsible for executing the cleaning, repair and preventative maintenance of the building and grounds in a timely and cost-effective manner. Responsibilities include creating, maintaining, implementing and prioritizing work orders and programs; scheduling work following departmental needs; performing and documenting the day-to-day maintenance and service activities for all facilities; conducting regular inspections and ensuring the general upkeep and maintenance of the facility; and performing required job duties as assigned by the Manager, Warehouse and Facilities or designee.
