Job Site Delivery Driver

Responsibilities

Operates company vehicles according to state and federal laws.

Transports UCX products to warehouses, distribution centers, job sites and flooring retail centers

Unload or assist in unloading product from the vehicle either manually or by using forklift, hand trucks or other mechanical equipment.

Performs miscellaneous vehicle service duties and reports any vehicle maintenance issues to the Transportation Office.

Obtains all required signatures on paperwork for deliveries and returns to be brought back to the office.

May be required to handle cash or equivalent.

Qualifications

Valid Class B commercial driver’s license (CDL)

Have a minimum of 6 months of commercial driving experience

Proven communication skills to deal with customers with diplomacy, tact, and courtesy.

Be able to maneuver heavy products using forklifts and pallet jacks if needed

Delivery experience preferred

Excellent driving record

High School Diploma or GED preferred
