ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (The following duties and responsibilities are all essential job functions, as defined by the ADA, except for those that begin with the word "may.") Studies applicable drawings and prints of work to be performed and follows instructions. Must have an intermediate understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and their related functions and components. Must be able to utilize basic measuring tools and instruments. Must be able to perform basic shop math equations. Must be able to determine the proper tools required to perform given task. Must be able to understand and follow directions from a lead person or supervisor. Must completely follow shop related safety protocol, policies, and procedures. Cleans and maintains tools and equipment used in the work and keeps the work area clean. Operates and utilizes lifting aids as necessary to perform work. Performs other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity. Qualifications
