We are looking for skilled, reliable LVNs/LPNs who are passionate about elder care and want to grow with a team that values integrity, empathy, and professionalism.


Position Overview:

As an LVN/LPN at Bradbury Commons, you'll be a vital member of our clinical team. You’ll deliver direct nursing care, monitor resident health, and support daily living activities in accordance with each resident's personalized care plan. This is a hands-on role that requires clinical skill, attention to detail, and a deep respect for the aging population.


  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor residents for changes in condition and report promptly to RN supervisor or physician
  • Document care and observations accurately in EMR system
  • Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) when needed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic resident care
  • Participate in care plan meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and staff training
  • Uphold infection control, safety, and facility policies at all times

Requirements

Qualifications:


  • Current and valid LVN or LPN license in the state of employment
  • CPR certification (Basic Life Support)
  • Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Flexibility for shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
