Position Summary

Plumb Bros LLC is seeking a hardworking and dependable Apprentice Plumber to assist licensed plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing service, repair, and installation projects. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in the plumbing industry while receiving hands-on training and mentorship from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

Assist licensed plumbers with plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance.
Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues.
Assist with drain cleaning, sewer inspections, hydro jetting, leak detection, and plumbing system repairs.
Transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Dig trenches and assist with excavation work when required.
Assist with water heater, fixture, faucet, toilet, and piping installations.
Complete assigned tasks efficiently and professionally.
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers.
Attend training sessions and actively work toward advancing plumbing knowledge and skills.
Accurately document work performed and assist with service reports as needed.

Qualifications

Current Texas Apprentice Plumber License required or ability to obtain one.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Strong desire to learn the plumbing trade.
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools preferred.
Valid Texas driver's license.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Reliable transportation to and from the office.
