• Fine dining experience and wine knowledge, preferred; one year of hospitality experience. Excellent customer service skills and a valid Florida driver's license.

Technical Requirements:

• willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends/holidays. Overnight shift required.
• able to read, write and speak English.
• able to work independently.
• able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
