What You’ll Own at Wally’s

Convenience leadership at Wally’s is about precision and consistency. You will oversee product flow from receiving to merchandising, ensuring grab-and-go food, beverages, and retail items remain stocked, rotated, and presentation-ready.

You will guide and develop C-Store Leads and team members while managing labor planning, scheduling, and performance standards. Strong leadership ensures inventory accuracy, proper ordering, effective vendor relationships, and execution of seasonal and promotional displays.

This role partners closely with the General Manager and Corporate Operations to align product mix, control shrink, maintain invoice accuracy, and meet department budget goals. You will also collaborate across departments to ensure seamless store operations during peak traffic periods.

Above all, this position protects Wally’s standards for hospitality, product presentation, and operational discipline.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a leader with retail, convenience, or food service management experience who is confident overseeing inventory, ordering, and vendor relations in a high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable holding teams accountable while maintaining a professional and positive culture. Strong communication, problem-solving ability, and operational awareness are essential.

This position requires flexibility to support peak business periods, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Extended periods of standing and walking throughout the store

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally

• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and move product as needed

• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
