+3.00 per hour overnight premium
Total overnight rate 20.00 to 21.00 per hour
1.00 raise at 90 days with compliance and good standing
Additional 1.00 raise at 1 year with compliance and good standing

Flawless Family Home Care is hiring a dependable caregiver for a full time overnight position in Pontiac.

Client:
Male client
Hands on care required
Transfers and frequent repositioning required

Schedule:
10 to 12 hour overnight shifts
Scheduled between 7:00 PM and 9:00 AM
Consistent full time hours
Immediate opening

Responsibilities:
Remain awake and alert overnight
Assist with transfers and mobility
Toileting and personal care
Fall risk monitoring
Provide reassurance and companionship

Requirements:
Comfortable with frequent hands on care
Physically able to assist with transfers
Reliable transportation
Clean background check
Ability to work independently overnight
Experience preferred
