Spurlocks Luxury Outdoor Living is seeking a motivated Hardscape Laborer to support our installation teams. . This may include keeping the worksite clean through the collection of trash, operating power tools, setting up temporary structures, or other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job. We build luxury outdoor living spaces using natural stone, masonry, and high-quality landscape materials. Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $18-$24 per hour including performance bonus
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (No weekends); 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
- Time Off: Paid time off
- Health: Health benefit program with contribution
- Work Location: In person
Essential Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in masonry, concrete, or landscaping.
- Experience assisting with:
- Outdoor kitchens
- Fireplaces
- Stone, paver, and porcelain patios
- Masonry walls
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Required Skills
- Willingness to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions.
- Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team.
- Basic construction knowledge and tool familiarity.
- Strong attention to safety and jobsite cleanliness.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist foremen and skilled tradesmen with daily construction tasks.
- Perform material handling, site prep, and cleanup.
- Support masonry, hardscape, and landscape installations.
- Maintain tools, materials, and jobsite organization.
- Contribute positively to crew productivity and morale.
