Please note: This is not a traditional HR role. While the position reports to the HR Director, the primary focus is employee communications, events, culture programs, onboarding experiences, and employee engagement. We are seeking someone with experience in communications, marketing, events planning and execution, public relations, or a related field who enjoys both creative work and hands-on execution. Candidates who will thrive in this role are passionate about communications, events planning and execution, and employee experience as the position is designed to grow within those specialties rather than into broader HR functions.

Internal Communications & Culture Specialist

Are you the type of person who enjoys turning great ideas into reality? This role is ideal for someone who loves both the creative and administrative side of employee experience work. Working closely with the HR Director, you'll serve as a central hub for internal communications, employee engagement, onboarding experiences, and culture initiatives.

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role You enjoy balancing creativity with organization and follow-through. You're comfortable writing communications, planning events, coordinating logistics, tracking details, and following projects through from concept to completion. You take pride in execution and understand that great employee experiences are built through consistent follow-through, not just great ideas.
