Job Summary

Spurlocks Luxury Outdoor Living is seeking an experienced Master Mason/Foremen to lead high-end masonry installations. We specialize in luxury outdoor living spaces built with precision, craftsmanship, and pride. Compensation and Benefits

Pay: $30-$40 per hour including performance bonus
Full-time
Monday to Friday (No Weekends): 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts

Core Responsibilities

Prepare and manage job sites to meet all project specifications.
Schedule crews, materials, and equipment efficiently.
Ensure projects are completed on or ahead of schedule.
Lead and assist with high-quality installation across multiple sites.
Maintain safety, organization, and craftsmanship standards at all times.

Essential Experience

Minimum of 10 years experience of hands-on experience in masonry, concrete, and hardscape.
Proven experience constructing: Outdoor Kitchens, Fireplaces, Bluestone, large format pavers, and porcelain tiles (including steps), wet and dry set, masonry walls

Required Skills

Strong ability to read blueprints and perform material takeoffs.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple crews simultaneously.
Confident leader who maintains high standards for quality and productivity.
We are seeking a high-level craftsman and lead who can manage people, projects, and quality.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Mason or in a similar position
Certification or training in masonry is preferred
Ability to collaborate with other construction professionals
Strong attention to detail
Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations
Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred
