Role: Entry Level - Operations Specialist

LOCATION: On-site in Pontiac, MI

SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Entering and validating data
Labeling and organizing loan documents
Ordering and verifying income documentation
Monitoring requirements for a loan to be approved
Reviewing state and federal compliance information
Handling inbound and outbound calls

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Comfortable using computers to look up information, read and write emails and use basic office software
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, including over the phone
Process-oriented with strong organizational skills
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Experience working in a professional office, retail, customer service or similar setting
