Jenkins Plumbing Company, LC is seeking an experienced and dependable Plumbing Supervisor to lead residential plumbing operations and support field teams. Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support plumbing crews on residential job sites to ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule
Review plans, specifications, and job scopes to ensure proper installation and compliance
Monitor daily operations including job progress, staffing, and material usage
Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company expectations
Train, mentor, and support team members to improve performance and skill development
Coordinate with project managers, budget coordinators, and office staff to maintain workflow and resolve issues
Conduct quality control checks and address deficiencies or rework needs
Maintain accountability for tools, equipment, and company vehicles

Qualifications

Plumbing experience preferred; leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Willing to train the right candidate with strong leadership skills and a desire to learn
Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, materials, and installation practices preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
Proven ability to lead teams, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Dependable, professional, and able to communicate effectively with team members and leadership
