Mobile Service Advisor

J.C. Lewis Motor Co. is proud to be Georgia’s oldest continually owned and operated automobile dealership, serving Savannah and the surrounding communities since 1912. At our Pooler location, we're looking for a Mobile Service Advisor to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact for our Mobile Service and commercial fleet customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for owning the customer’s service experience from start to finish, ensuring each vehicle is cared for efficiently while keeping customers informed every step of the way. While you won’t always be face-to-face with our customers, you’ll play a vital role in building trust and providing exceptional support through clear communication, organization, and follow-through.

From scheduling and coordinating service to keeping customers updated on progress, our Mobile Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. If you have experience in customer service, retail sales, or the hospitality industry – even if you’re new to the automotive field – we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and manage service appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and workflow

• Communicate with customers to provide updates, answer questions, and explain the service process

• Take ownership of the customer experience by providing accurate, timely, and professional support

• Ensure technician time is effectively managed and service work is distributed appropriately

• Work closely with the service team to streamline processes and deliver excellent results

• Manage relationships with our commercial fleet customers

What We're Looking For:

• Commercial vehicle or fleet experience in a service advisor role preferred

• Organized, friendly, and professional personality with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Must be at least 19 years of age with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check

Work Schedule (Monday-Friday):

• In-office: 1:00-6:00 p.m. 

• Remote work: 7:00-10:00 p.m., as needed (hours vary based on daily workload; work may conclude earlier when responsibilities are complete)

• After-hours availability: 10:00 p.m.-12:00 a.m., as needed (accessible via phone to address urgent questions or time-sensitive issues)
