Warehouse Associate – Pooler, GA

Jenkins Plumbing is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our Pooler, GA branch. This position plays a critical role in keeping our operations running efficiently by receiving, organizing, and distributing plumbing materials and equipment while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and deliveries.
• Pull and stage materials for plumbing crews and service technicians.
• Load and unload company vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts.
• Organize warehouse shelves, bins, and storage areas.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
• Assist with inventory control and report shortages or damaged materials.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed).
• Assist with deliveries to job sites or branch locations as needed.
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Ensure materials are properly labeled and stored.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other warehouse and branch support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or construction material experience preferred.
• Plumbing or construction industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
